Salvahi, located south of Tarsys is a lush tropical land of dense jungle, some of the most dangerous wild life in the world, and ancient secrets. While there are many races and species living within the hot jungles of salvahi, two are most prominent. The Salvahi themselves are a mocha skinned tribal peoples that have adapted to the harsh jungles over centuries of surving all of it’s perils. The Salvahi exist as scattered tribes spread throughout the jungle. However they do boast three cities. These cities are huge marvels of stone, some reaching almost above the canopy itself. Ta’ashta is the center of culture and trade for all of Salvahi. Ta’ashta is located in the just south of the beginning of the jungle. On the extreme rare occasion that visitors find themselves in Salvahi or traders make the dangerous journey, Tatashta is the only city they are allowed to see. Duhatma is the center of all spirituality for the Salvahi. The high priests, known as Pujari, interpret the will of the spirits and pass their secrets on to the people. Dhahabu is the capital city for the Salvahi and is a very close kept secret from all outsiders. Knows as the city of gold in legend, it is sacred to the Salvahi and outsiders eyes are forbidden to set upon it under penalty of death.
The other dominant race of Salvahi are the Zungala. An intelligent race of jaguar people and the sworn enemy of the Salvahi people. The Zungala actively hunt and either enslave or eat any other intelligent being they come across. Cruel, sadistic, and frighteningly effective, the Zungala are the jungle’s living nightmare givin form.
